Where to find our terms
When you sign up to PerkClub you’ll be asked to accept our Terms of Service. Merchants who process member data also accept a Data Processing Agreement. Those documents — as presented and accepted at signup — are the binding contract between you and PerkClub Limited. The summary on this page is provided for convenience only; if anything here disagrees with the signed version, the signed version applies.
Headline points
- Monthly rolling contract. No long-term commitment. Cancel any time from the merchant dashboard.
- Plans and pricing are described on our pricing page and billed monthly in advance via Stripe.
- Transaction fees of 1.5% + 20p apply to membership payments from standard UK cards. Stripe’s rate increases to 2.5% for EEA cards and 3.25% for international or American Express cards.
- Weekly payouts to your linked Stripe account, minus PerkClub and Stripe fees.
- You own your member data — we process it on your behalf under the DPA, with the sub-processors disclosed there.
- Member perks are between you and your member. PerkClub provides the platform; you fulfil the perks you promise.
- Governing law: England and Wales, with exclusive jurisdiction in the English courts.
Acceptable use
You may not use PerkClub to sell anything illegal under UK law, to violate Stripe’s prohibited business categories, or in any way intended to defraud customers. The signed Terms cover this in full.
