What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They’re used to remember preferences, keep you signed in, and measure how a site is used.
Cookies we use
Strictly necessary
- Session cookies: keep you signed in to the merchant dashboard or member dashboard while you use it.
- CSRF tokens: prevent malicious cross-site requests on authenticated actions.
These cookies are required for the service to work and don’t require consent under UK GDPR.
Optional — only set with your consent
The following cookies and similar technologies are only loaded on this marketing website after you accept them in the cookie banner. Rejecting them has no effect on the service.
- Analytics (Google Analytics 4): when accepted, we measure which channels bring visitors and how the site is used, so we can improve it. See Google’s privacy policy.
- Advertising (Meta Pixel): when accepted, the Meta (Facebook) pixel lets us build a retargeting audience so we can show relevant ads on Meta platforms. See Meta’s privacy policy.
- Advertising (Google Ads): when enabled and accepted, the Google Ads tag measures ad conversions and supports retargeting. See Google’s privacy policy.
We also use Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookieless and never identifies you personally — so it runs without consent and sets no cookies. See Vercel’s privacy policy.
Third-party cookies on the merchant and member dashboards
When you make a payment, Stripe may set cookies as part of its fraud-prevention and checkout flow. Stripe’s cookie use is governed by Stripe’s privacy policy.
Controlling cookies
You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the site footer, which re-opens the cookie banner. You can also clear or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly-necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in to the merchant or member dashboard. Blocking optional cookies has no effect on the service itself.
